One supplier for everything that moves.

Event logistics

One supplier for everything that moves.

Vehicles, drivers, materials and welcome staff under a single direction. You talk to us: airports, hotels, venue and timings are ours to hold together — and at the end you get one statement.

An event does not break on stage.

It breaks at six in the morning, when two flights land together and the first van is still on the ring road. It breaks when the equipment arrives while the room is still being built. It breaks when the only person who knows where the vehicles are is the driver.

The service

What we put on the ground

Everything that moves during an event — people, vehicles, materials and the staff who welcome them — with one point of contact and one contract.

Shuttles and arrival waves
01

Shuttles and arrival waves

Arrivals and departures planned by time band, not one passenger at a time: a movement list per flight, vehicles already waiting, continuous shuttles between hotels and venue. From a saloon car to a coach, depending on the wave.

VIP and speaker transfers
02

VIP and speaker transfers

Dedicated cars and drivers for guests, speakers and delegations. Someone who should be greeted by name does not queue with everyone else.

Materials and set-up
03

Materials and set-up

Loading, unloading, portering and handling of equipment, stands and sets, timed against the build and the breakdown.

Welcome staff
04

Welcome staff

Hostesses, stewards and welcome desk, at the airport and on site: the people who direct guests, hand over badges and hold the line when everyone arrives at once.

On-site coordination
05

On-site coordination

One contact present throughout: they handle priorities, reassign vehicles and solve problems as they happen, instead of reporting them afterwards.

Digital control and one statement
06

Digital control and one statement

Every service has a status, a history and its documents in our own platform. Vehicle positions in real time, and a single invoice at the end.

How we work

Four steps, always the same, from the first site visit to the invoice.

01

Site visit and plan

Dates, venues, numbers, flights. The output is a written plan: how many vehicles, which time bands, how many people, what it costs.

02

Movements and assignments

Every movement has a vehicle, a driver and a time, loaded into the system before the event begins.

03

Event day

The desk is live and your contact is on site. Vehicles show on a map, delays are absorbed by moving assignments — not with ten phone calls.

04

Close and statement

A line-by-line account, documents attached, one invoice.

The difference

The only one who shows you where the vehicles are

People who run events are used to trusting a phone call. We work on Velogest, the platform built by the group: drivers have an app, their position updates every fifteen seconds and the desk sees them on a map. A service cannot start if the vehicle has not reached the pickup point.

At the end of the event you do not get a list of promises kept: you get an account of what actually happened, with times and documents.

What is inside, for an event

Assignment board

Runs are assigned by dragging a driver onto the row. The status of each one at a glance: to assign, assigned, running, completed.

Event vehicles and routes

The fleet dedicated for the duration, recurring routes and rates, per route or per hour.

Team and VIPs

Who works the event and who must be greeted by name, in two separate lists.

Chat and briefing

One thread between desk, drivers and operators, and the day's plan delivered to whoever has to run it.

Live map

The event's vehicles on a map, with positions updating on their own.

Closing report

The event account line by line, with the documents attached.

Why us

One contact instead of three

Vehicles, materials and staff on the same contract and the same invoice. You do not have to hold together suppliers who never talk to each other.

More cities, one standard

Rome and Catania today, with the network growing one territory at a time. The city changes, the way of working does not.

The control desk

Others promise it, we show it to you: vehicles on a map, the status of every service, documents where they belong.

No fixed cost

You pay for the event, not for a structure standing still all year.

What people always ask

Do you supply the staff too, or only the coordination?

Both. We put vehicles, drivers, materials handling and welcome staff on the ground, and we remain the only party answerable for the result: you have one contract and one contact.

How much notice do you need?

There is no single threshold, and be wary of anyone who gives you one: it depends on how large and how complex the event is. A transfer for a delegation can be arranged in days; a congress with continuous shuttles and hundreds of arrivals wants weeks. Write to us with the dates you have and we will tell you straight away whether we can take it.

How is the quote built?

On the real shape of the event, not on a price list. Every event has different venues, times and waves: we count the movements needed and the vehicles and people required to cover them, and give you a written quote line by line.

Who is my contact during the event?

Every event has one assigned, and they stay the same from the plan to the invoice. It is not a fixed figure for everyone: they are chosen for where the event takes place and what it requires.

Do you work across Italy?

Rome and Catania are the territories where we operate continuously. Elsewhere we look at the event case by case: the network grows one territory at a time, and we would rather say no than cover an area badly.

Tell us about the event

The more you write, the more useful our first answer is. You get an outline plan back, not another form to fill in.
